一、AMD集显安装显卡驱动之后重启出现黑屏，一般是因为安装的显卡驱动默认的像素格式或者色彩深度跟显示器不匹配导致的，建议这样解决：

1、首先进安全模式进驱动卸载掉，更换驱动版本安装，重启计算机，不停按F8键，直到出现系统高级启动菜单。

（F8无效的话，开机显示logo后就拔电，重复三次后，再开机会有提示选择安全模式）

2、然后选择安全模式进入安全模式，右击“计算机”属性“设备管理器”。

3、单击显示适配器，右击显卡型号然后点击卸载就可以了。

4、把驱动卸载完之后，就可以正常进系统桌面了，然后安装一个远程软件（todesk/向日葵）。

5、使用另一台电脑远程操作进行驱动的再次安装并且设置像素格式和色彩深度，

6、驱动下载：AMD芯片组，音频，核显驱动https://www.amd.com/zh-hans/support，点击立即下载即可，不用选型号。

7、安装时请勾选Full install以及恢复出厂设置

8、安装完成后重启依然，黑屏的话，请在桌面空白处单击右键——AMD Software ——设置——显示器——色彩深度：8bpc——像素格式：RGB/Ycbcr444,看看哪个选项不会闪屏，设置后约30秒生效

5. Use another computer for remote operation to install the driver again and set the pixel format and color depth,

6. Driver download: AMD chipset, audio, nuclear display driver https://www.amd.com/zh-hans/support, click to download immediately, no need to choose a model.

7. Please check Full install and restore factory settings when installing

8. If the screen is still black after restarting after the installation is complete, please right-click on the blank space of the desktop - AMD Software - Settings - Display - Color Depth: 8bpc, pixel format:RGB***/ycbcr***.
